Located in one of the trendiest spots in Baltimore, this café adds charm and flavor to the neighborhood with its delicious pastries, desserts, and coffee. The service is incredibly kind, sweet, and welcoming, and the cozy vintage interior creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. I tried both the iced coffee and milk tea, both brewed fresh—and they paired perfectly with the pastries. Speaking of which, the pastries were just right—not overly sweet or bland, but beautifully balanced. The whipped ricotta toast was absolutely amazing—creamy, flavorful, and satisfying. I’ll definitely be back to try the other toasts on the menu! Sadly, the strawberry and blueberry croffles were sold out by around 3 PM, so next time I’m going earlier to grab those!

Tried à demain cafe on a Friday morning. The croffle with strawberry and whipped cream was excellent. We also tried the croissant cookie which was fun, but a little hard/chewey. Probably better served warm out of the oven. We got an iced and hot coffee as well, both were tasty. The cafe is small and there are a couple tables on the porch to eat and people watch on the Avenue. We will be back to try more treats!

Finally got around to checking out a demain. I live close by, but kept neglecting to get over here despite hearing good things. We had some toasts and a croffle for lunch. It far exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be coming back! Everything was delicious and the service was top notch.

The food presentation is gorgeous. Each item really tastes like the recipe was meticulously created to optimized the flavor and texture of each ingredient. The bulgogi melt absolutely shook me to the core with the level of depth of just a few ingredients, if you were to only try one thing on the menu definitely go for this one. I’ve been overseas and had similar items and was surprised with how much the food quality reminded me of cafes in New Zealand or Germany. The chef also came out to ask about the food, he was kind and friendly to talk to. There are limited seats so be prepared by ordering online or for pick up, it’s quite well worth it.

was good. So good in fact that the four people in line ahead of me ordered the same drink! I enjoyed the chunks of strawberries. I gave the service 3 stars not bc she did anything wrong but bc she just took our order and that was it, so there was no welcome in or hyping up menu items and we came from across the bay bridge just for this place, so that was a little disappointing. Just be prepared there is no inside seating and the people sitting on the porch were not leaving anytime soon.

Cute local cafe with amazing croffle I have been eyeing on this cafe for quite a bit and I finally got to try them out. Cute small cafe. You order inside but you have to sit outside to eat food. Inside has a vintage vibe and menu was on the mirror and on paper. They have 5 different croffle, crookie and much more. I get to try crookie and oreo croffle. Both of them are good but I really like crookie especially when it is warm. The staff is really nice and friendly. I would like to try again for the savory menu and other sweet menu.

Honestly, such amazing food. I was so surprised by the flavors and the overall vibes of the place. The whipped ricotta toast has homemade ricotta on top of soft toast and is drizzled with delicious honey. The ricotta was so soft and creamy and the toast was just the right amount of sweetness. The mushroom trio toast was a great savory toast to complement the sweetness of the ricotta toast. The mushrooms are flavorful and delicious. The quiche lorraine was bigger than I thought it would be and was delicious as well. The crust is so flaky and buttery. My sweet cream cold brew was also a perfect compliment to the food. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a delicious bite!

We really enjoyed our experience at a demain cafe! We got the avocado toast, ricotta toast, and cold brew. We do wish they had espresso drinks, but the cold brew was good. The toasts were delicious and unique -- Avocado toast is very bright and acidic (in a good way), ricotta toast is creamy, smooth, and perfectly sweet. They don't have any seating indoors, so definitely check the weather for the outdoor seating. Service was kind and quick. We can't wait to come back and try EVERYTHING on the menu.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Baltimore’s bustling 830 W 36th St corridor, à demain Cafe stands out as a cherished gem for lovers of artisanal pastries and finely crafted coffee. This cozy café, wrapped in a warm vintage aesthetic, invites you into an atmosphere where flavor and charm meet, offering more than just a simple coffee run—it’s a sensory experience.

The true highlight here is the balance and precision in every bite. The pastries, far from being overly sweet or bland, strike a perfect harmony that delights the palate. The whipped ricotta toast is a standout—its creamy texture coupled with a subtle depth of flavor creates an unforgettable treat that feels both indulgent and comforting. Meanwhile, the croffles, especially the popular strawberry and blueberry varieties, boast a flaky, buttery crispness that pairs wonderfully with fresh whipped cream, though they tend to sell out early, signaling their popularity among locals and visitors alike.

Coffee and tea enthusiasts will find themselves equally impressed. Both the iced coffee and freshly brewed milk tea exhibit a clarity and freshness that elevates the experience. These drinks complement the pastries impeccably, creating balanced flavor pairings that feel deliberate and thoughtfully curated.

Beyond the food, the personal touch here adds to the charm. The chef’s engagement with guests reveals a genuine passion for culinary craftsmanship, enriching the café experience. The service is generally warm and welcoming, though the intimate setting with limited indoor seating and a small porch encourages patrons to savor their moments slowly—ideal for those who enjoy people-watching along the avenue.

Among savory offerings, the bulgogi melt demands mention. This dish packs a surprising depth of flavor with minimal ingredients, evoking memories of refined international cafes from New Zealand to Germany. It is a testament to à demain Cafe’s mastery over flavor layering and texture optimization.

In sum, à demain Cafe is a place where meticulous recipes and fresh ingredients converge to create both visual and tastescape delights. Whether you come for a morning croffle, a creamy ricotta toast, or a rich cup of coffee, the experience is sure to leave a lasting impression. Just plan to arrive early to sample the full range of treats before they vanish by mid-afternoon.
